Q. Does FinestShops Storefront support PayPal?

Yes, your store fully supports PayPal payments. All you need is your Paypal account email - enter it in the store's control panel and you are ready to accept Paypal and Credit Card payments which will go straight into your Paypal account. Paypal Pro is also supported, as well as 130+ other payment processors.

You are not limited by a number of products. "Gold" package includes 1,000 MB of space on the server which can accommodate ~2,000-5,000 products and 10 GB of monthly traffic - approximately 700 visitors per day. You can always upgrade if you need more space or included monthly traffic. If you use lots of detailed images or multimedia clips to present your products or sell downloadable products - those numbers can be different.

Q. Which payment gateways you support? And which do you recommend?

Q. My credit card processing gateway is not present in the list of supported gateways . What can I do to make storefront to support my CC processing gateway?

Q. I want to accept credit cards but do not have a merchant account yet. Is merchant account included in your package?

Q. What service package would I need from Authorize.net to use their credit card processing services in this storefront?

Your store supports both Authorize.net AIM (Advanced Integration Method) and SIM (Simple Integration Method) methods. Advanced Integration Method (AIM) is the preferred solution.

Q. I already have a merchant account. Is it possible to use it with this storefront?

Q. I want to keep the same 'look' through the whole website. Is it possible integrate storefront with my look and feel?

This system is based on Smarty™ templates engine which allows easily modify design in any way you want using built-in templates editor or uploading new templates by FTP. You can easily do everything from simple change of some images and colors to complete design integration of any complexity. Some knowledge of HTML is required. You can always ask us for a help or to make the changes for you.

Q. If I have one storefront package, can I use it with more than one store?

You can point an unlimited number of domains into one store. If you need several different stores, please contact sales for more information.

Q. I see that the demo site uses a list of US states. We are located outside the US, how easy is it to change the list of states to match our provinces/regions?

We are proud to provide you with truly multi-lingual and international solution. States are already pre-set for many countries. You can easily change or add the list of states/provinces by using the Control panel.

Q. I have several different domain names pointing to the same site. Do I need to have several accounts?

If you have several different domain names pointing into the same store, one account will be enough. You can point unlimited number of domains into your store.

Q. Is it possible to change the currency/weight symbol?

Yes, you can define currency/weight symbols and alternative currency conversion rate in the administration section under "General settings" menu.

Q. Does storefront support configurable language files?

Yes, we are proud to provide you with truly multi-lingual and international solution. You can specify categories and products information in different languages, as well as easily add any language to the store via Control panel. We have several different languages available, please contact us for more information.

Q. Is it possible to add options to my products (ie. sizes ,colors, etc. other)?

Yes, you can have an unlimited number of product options to any of your products. Supported product option types are drop-down options and text area options. Drop-down options can be assigned a price modifier (flat-fee or percent of original product cost). Text area options can be used to allow your customers to add text information with their order. For example, they can add a text they want to be engraved on their gift. Inventory tracking by combination of options (variants) is also supported.

Q. Does this storefront allow sale of e-goods? In other words products that is sold for download only (no shipping)?

Yes, this feature is supported. Your store will send customer a link to a special download URL. The URL is unique for each order and it is valid for a limited amount of time to prevent link sharing.

Q. Does storefront support sub-categories?

Yes, this system supports an unlimited category nesting: sub-categories, sub-sub-categories and so on.

Q. My products need to have a larger picture in addition to the thumbnail. Do you support both thumbnails and larger pictures?

Every product can have a thumbnail image and unlimited number of additional product images which can be show on product details page or in the new window which opens if customer clicks the thumbnail.

Q. I like your demo. Is this how the store looks before any customization?

You can select an initial design for your store from here: online store designs. Design is fully customizable and can be changed at any time.

Q. I want to process orders off-line. Is it possible to have the store email order information to me?

Yes, the store can send order information by encrypted e-mail or you can log in to the admin area using secure HTTPS/SSL connection and access the order information using your web browser.

Q. Does storefront support different pricing levels for different user groups?

Yes, the shopping cart software supports pricing levels for different user groups (memberships). You can have an unlimited number of customer groups or membership levels (like wholesale, preferred customers and etc.). You can assign a group to a customer, and define custom pricing and category access for each customer group (membership).

Q. My current site is getting traffic from search engines. I do not want to loose it.

This system is extremely friendly to search engines and utilize several search engines optimization (SEO) tools like static HTML catalog, unique META keywords and descriptions, available data feeds and various SEO modules.
